- Damage caused by weather events, pests, or other factors beyond our control
- Changes in tree health due to environmental factors or improper care after our service
- Aesthetic preferences that differ from industry-standard pruning practices
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of tree care services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:
Full Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full refund in the following circumstances:
- Services were not performed as agreed upon in the service contract
- We caused significant damage to your property due to negligence
- We failed to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice
- Payment was processed in error or duplicate
Partial Refund Eligibility
Partial refunds may be issued when:
- Only a portion of the agreed services were completed
- Minor defects in workmanship that cannot be corrected on-site
- Services were performed but did not fully meet specifications
No Refund Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Services were completed according to industry standards and the service agreement

- Natural tree responses to proper pruning techniques

- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled service

- Partial or full refund of service fees
- Additional services to address legitimate concerns
- Explanation and education about proper tree care practices
Deposit Refunds
For services requiring a deposit:
- Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled service
- Deposits may be partially refundable for cancellations between 24-48 hours before service
- Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations less than 24 hours before service
- Deposits will be refunded if we are unable to perform the service as scheduled
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time is typically 5-10 business days
- You will receive confirmation once the refund has been processed
- Bank processing times may vary
Service Warranty
We provide a 30-day workmanship warranty on all completed services. If you notice any issues related to our work within this period, contact us immediately for a free assessment and correction if needed.
Dispute Resolution
