Payment Terms

Payment terms for our tree care and shrub trimming services are as follows:

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards
  • A deposit may be required for large projects
  • Late payments may incur additional fees as permitted by law
  • You are responsible for any collection costs if payment is not received

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee
  • We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, equipment issues, or safety concerns

  • We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities or undisclosed property features

Liability and Insurance

Shunrynnvorkphod maintains appropriate liability and workers compensation insurance. However:

  • We are not liable for pre-existing tree conditions, diseases, or structural defects not disclosed to us
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by unmarked underground utilities or features
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
  • Claims must be reported within 7 days of service completion

Service Warranties

We stand behind the quality of our work:

  • We guarantee workmanship for 30 days from service completion
  • This warranty covers only defects in our work, not natural events or tree health issues
  • Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with photographic evidence
  • We reserve the right to inspect and assess warranty claims before taking action
